What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared the same day (before 2 pm) or the next working day. Delivery in France within 24-48 h via Colissimo or Chronopost. International: 2 to 5 working days depending on destination.

Are the products new and genuine?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I return a product?
