EUROPE TECHNOLOGIE ships its products within mainland France and worldwide. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

Preparation and dispatch times

Products in stock are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by email.

Carrier

Parcels are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost. A tracking number may be provided where the delivery method allows.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination, and shown before you finally confirm your order.

Receiving your parcel

On receipt, please check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage or a missing item, note written reservations on the delivery slip and report it to us within 3 business days at europetechnologie@gmail.com.
